I have had buyer's remorse regardless of whether I buy new or used.

Also, remember that the CPO warranty is not exactly the same as the original BMW warranty. It is especially lacking in the area of electronics failures.

I can't believe what some of you guys say you do to demo cars -- I'm always very respectful on a test drive. You can get a sense for whether or not you'd like to own one while still staying within the break-in recommendations.

I just purchased a demo from BMW Athens sapphire black, boston red leather, Premium pack, Sport pack and M steering wheel steptronic with 5k miles for 32k out the door.

I dont care if its a demo this isn't a Ferrari. BMW drive trains are fairly solid in my experience and if it does break its under warranty. Beside I like the 10k I saved vs ordering one.

I don't drive my car like that though.

At $32k, the savings just wasn't there for me. All I wanted was a 135i with sports package and that came out to roughly $36k. For me, $4k was just not enough savings to stop me from getting it new. Now, there will be no question about its history, how it was driven, etc.

And I got exactly what I wanted. If they would have come down to $30k, then I would have seriously considered it.
