I agree it's not the best looking hatch, but I'd have gladly bought an E87 over my E82 if it were available here. I came from a GTI and now have a Mazda3 hatch as a DD, and there is just no comparison between a sedan and hatch in terms of usability. I'd go hatch every time.

I often cry myself to sleep because I couldn't get an e87 here. Congrats, beautiful build.

See I was the opposite. I came from a Jetta where we had more usable space (for me) than the GTI could offer. I'm just not generally a hatch guy

Wow, looks great! If I had to make a comparison, it looks like a modern day clown shoe, because that's the obvious comparison of course.

More space in terms of length of the trunk due to the bumper coming back another 6" or so?

Yeah useable trunk length vs height. For me at least, that was more useful. I'm sure everyone has their own wants/needs for stage space and shape

Looks like a show car. If it drives as good as it looks, which it probably does, I'm sure you're having a blast in it!

Congrats on a beautiful car and welcome to 1ADDICTS! We need more gorgeous cars like yours.
