I need some advice.

I have a 2011 BMW 135i E88 with Radio BMW Professional
S676A
HiFi speaker system. I am thinking of buying this. 2011-2013 Bmw 135i Convertible Amp Amplifier Oem 65129177232.

Will this work with my head unit, without coding? Will I need to replace my speakers?

What wiring kit should I buy
