Learning the hard way..

I hope Visa/MC other cc card companies start getting on them about disputes and chargebacks, because there must be a TON. Usually this doesnt sit very well if a reseller has consistent problems with their customers. Resellers dont want to go up agains the CC card companies.

Why did you post this in multiple forums? That's annoying spam and makes you look immature.

This belongs in vendor/dealer feedback.

I disagree. If he hadn't post it here I would've never had seen it.

In fact, a close friend of mine was about to place an order for a set of wheels today with them and now I'm going to tell him not to.

Thanks for the post OP, and I hope your situation resolves in the best possible way. Good luck!

-1 , sorry to hear about your troubles but this belongs in one category only. Mods please move.

FYI...there are plenty of rave reviews for **********s so I would not necessarily cast them off.

sorry to hear about your experience. as others have noted, please respect the forums and post in the correct areas. Posting the same thread in three locations on the boards is cluttering.

that aside, welcome to the 1addicts and post some photos of your when you get your wheels on.

I've heard horror stories from **********s customers. I know a few people that will never buy anything from them again. I've never ordered anything from them personally so I cannot agree or disagree but I hope you get everything resloved. I've heard of them saying things were IN STOCK but what that actually meant was that it was IN STOCK at the original company that will ship it (Alufelgen, iCarbon, Ect). They dont actually have it in their possesion so they have to rely on someone else, which sucks for their reputaion when it doesn't go out on time (or ever).

( I made this clear to MB, and they are now worried about getting out before that date LOL). **********s stop your shady business. I hope others read this and drive your sales into the ground. Honestly I can laugh at this, but I know people who would take this much more seriously, and make it their job to see **********s lose all market share. Good thing Im not one of those people. LOL stay tuned for the next posting on this roller coaster ride (all downhill and loops so far)!!

Actually, if you used a major credit card, you probably have 90 days from the date it first showed up on your statement. In fact, when I called to complain to my VISA recently about an item that hadn't arrived, they told me I had 90 days from the seller's estimated date of delivery, tho that was the first time I've heard that.

I couldn't find many reports of this happening.

They still haven't shipped them!
Thinking maybe I should cancel. But I already have 19" rubber here waiting.

I know it stopped me buying them for my old 135i. For looks I went VMR, performance look at ADV.1, Forgestar, Apex (https://www.sonicms.net/index.php?ro...tegory&path=35)
We have to make sure this kind of misinformation is not spread out. Our wheels are VIA, JWL certified as well as engineered under numerous structural analysis via FEA to guarantee the absolute best in quality and manufacturing. While they are not indestructible, they are far far far far away from being "prone to cracking", you`ll find minimal to no reports on this. You might be confusing us with another company.

OP, Very sorry to hear this. Please email me directly at Info@ALUFELGENWheels.com and I`ll look into this for you.

I just bent two of my Alufelugen's and to my surprize a lot less damage than expected. Ibelieve he is referring to Breyton's. Hope to have my two SF-71 replacements soon...
