BimLand Performance issues

Has anyone had problems with BimLand Performance? I ordered some parts 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything or been given status updates. I’ve tried reaching them 3 times without any luck. There’s no phone number on their site. It’s looking like I got screwed by them. Buyer beware.
