Need a tow hook cover

My rear one is suddenly missing. Prefer one painted VO. Best source?

Order from the dealer and either have a body shop paint it, or go to a body-shop supply and have them mix it for you in a spray can (make sure it has clear blended in for single-coat application). Paint should cost less than $30.
