JBE Issue All Functions Work Central Locking Problem

Hello, i have a 2013 135i with an issue lol......
I drove for about 45 min then car wouldn't start. Later on figured out my Alternator wire fried in the engine bay. had all sorts of malfunctions on my drive home. (replaced wire)

Ended up Frying my FRM which i had recoded. then my locks stopped working and trunk would not open. Attaching the codes i got from the scanner.

I read a bit about this and all signs point to the JBE. But im confused due to the JBE also having many other functions other than Central Locking. If i had a bad JBE id have more functions not working properly?
