Performance steering wheel problem

Hi, I have just installed psw2 on my 1m, I have read all the instructions and diy, and I have double checked all the cables are connected the right way, only a1 and a2 are the ones I try several ways: first cig lighter not working, no light show on the steering wheel, then obd green and brown cable, same not working then x13376 with pin 1 and pin 2, although pin 1 is in red, still not working,

I have double check all cables are contacting,
Does anyone know what’s wrong, thanks in advance

Anyone know? Thanks a lot, I checked all cables again and make sure I am doing the same as instruction, but still no light

Is there a way to test the steering wheel works, perhaps touching some leads to a battery? Maybe it was bad from factory.
