Error codes 2c58 and 2c86

Hi all. I did an oil change and spark plug change, both OEM, last Thursday and when I started the car it went into limp mode and threw error codes 2c58 and 2c86. I have checked and rechecked the intake and all vacuum lines, as well as replaced the boost solenoid and MAF sensor, but the errors keep coming back. I also checked that the oil filter housing had the middle insert and it does. What else could I check or what could be the issue?

2013 135i N55 with upgraded FMIC, charge pipe and VRSF catless down pipe. I have also been running MHD Stage 2+ for a few years now.

Well since you have the codes, have you done any research on them? That could be a start? 🤔

Of course. Which is why I noted what items I have checked and parts I’ve replaced.

I have the exact same problem right now and I have done the same things as listed by jtriana. Checked for vacuum leaks, replaced the boost solenoid (with the vacuum line that goes to the waste gate), replaced both vanos solenoids (the ones in front of the motor- easy to replace), replaced the MAF but 2c58 error persists. Completely lost at this point. The car is grumpy on cold starts then runs fine once everything is up to temp but the check engine light will not go away.
