I'm back after 11 years with a sick af 1er!
Hello everyone!
This is my proper introduction. My names Van. I live in San Antonio, TX. I was part of this group back in 2008 when my dream was to buy a 135i. My previous username here was 135i_TT. I never deleted it so all my previous threads still exists lol. Onto the good stuff. I finally have my dream car and there's not a day that my car doesn't put a smile on my face. It's a 2009 BMW 135i M Sport Year Vert with the Year One Of The 1 package fully loaded. It took me over 6 months to find it. I believe it to be a rare car in the fact there were only 3 in the entire USA when I was in the market to buy one. I was really picky. I wanted a white one with red leather in manual and vert (a rare combo) but I found this black one and couldn't resist getting it. Problem was I was in Texas and the car was in Washington. I could only see pictures unless I flew there to buy it. Being the risk taker that I'm not I went for it and I have to say I couldn't be happier with my decision. I bought it and paid a trailer to pick it up and bring me it. It was completely stock and I have completely updated the look of it. I now race it at Circuit Of The Americas as well as display it inside for WorldRX and and was broadcasted worldwide for MotoGP. Don't be fooled though although it's stunning to look at and listen to it's a sweet race car. I've put a lot into it and still have more parts in my house to get even more power to upgrade my turbos to Pure Stage 2 Turbos. Did I mention it was used for a music video? You can find that video on YouTube by searching "Blast Off" by Phillip Wolf. Here are many pictures from a post on Facebook of me saying I'm saving for one in 2008 to now where I am 11 years later with my dream car. Here they go from stock to $15k later (now). I'd love to hear y'alls input on my progress as I'm continuing to build the car!! (For some reason on the bimmerpost.com app these pictures are out of order but online or computer they're not) Last edited by twinturbovan; 07-06-2019 at 03:52 AM.. |

Beautiful car! Don't be a stranger as I'm interested in your final vision for everything.
I swear everytime I see another person post up another "1", I love these cars more and more.
