Random exhaust pitch change, possible acc?

setup...

full bolt-on with cobb tune...

While crusiing at a constant RPM, the loudess/pich of the exhaust note will increase, then after some amount of time, decrease again. I figure some accessory is turning on/off? I initially thought it was the AC, but of course it still occurs when it is off.

Mine does the same thing... I believe it is the wastegate opening, and closing. When it opens, exhaust tone gets louder.
