I Found a new "feature".....

Its nothing THAT exciting. Its not a sweet electronic gizmo or anything like that..... Im not even 100% positive this is what its for. but im pretty sure.
My friend and i were on the way to the bank today and it was waaaayy hot and bright, so we put the little sunvisor down, and im looking at his, and the half facing me didnt look like it was in the visor all the way. like the plastic frame was sticking out. so i looked at mine, and it was the same. so i took my bank slips and stuff that i had, and slid it in there, and it held it fine. so im guessing its purposelly made with that little gap so that you can put papers, maps, money, credit cards or 10293498 other things in there. you might have to walk out to your car to totally understand what im talking about.
on the drivers side, flip down the visor, and the right have will have the gap.

it would be easier for you to walk out to your car and see exactly what im talking about, then for me to walk out to mine, take a picture, then post it. plus it would be hard to see in the picture because its a 1/o39843 inch gap.

haha. Good find. It's definitely better to find a new "little feature" than to find rattles or something that's wrong with your car.

I've been using that for a long time. My wife has a parking pass and when we swap cars she needs that and it's a great place to keep it.

I just walked out to my car to look for it. Pretty cool! I never noticed that and it's a great little feature. They think of almost everything! I had my office parking card in the center console and it was a pain opening it and looking for it everyday.

I love this forum. It brings a whole new appreciation to owning a car that has such a great following.

A CD fits perfectly there.... so I stick one CD on each sunvisor.... It's very useful indeed .

I too was ignorant of this secret feature.

I was just about to burn an mp3 cd for the car as I am constantly forgetting my ipod. Now I can burn three!

Thanks.

Until you flip the visor down and let the direct sun beat on them. That might be a problem.

I thought we were talking about the inside of the visors?
