Error code 28A0 any experience?

Hi everyone,

I wondering if anyone could possibly give me some advice on an issue i've had with my 135i N55 stock. The issue is that after about 15 mins of running i get a huge plume of smoke coming out the exhaust, then the car goes into limp mode and the following codes are shown.

28A0 - Throttle valve opening angle-intake pipe absolute pressure, comparision pressure too high.

2D61 - VANOS, outlet: not reached control error, position

2C58 - Charge-air pressure control, deactivation: charge-air pressure buildup disabled.

I've replaced both the Solenoids, Rocker cover gasket (for PCV valve) recently but to no avail. Has anyone seen this issue before ?

Thanks
