When is the weight distribution at 50/50?

Just a curiosity I've been having... we all know that our cars have nearly perfect 50/50 weight distribution... but with how much gas in the tank? Empty / Full / half?

I'd like to know too, but I'm guessing it's measured without gas. Maybe when it's full of gas it goes to 50/50, since it has a marginal front bias unladen (330i is 50.6/49.4)?

IIRC, it's 50.6/49.4 front/rear with a 65kg driver and half tank of gas.

This is all relevant to where the CG is. Is the CG center of the drivers seat, perpendicular to the drive axle?
