No worries. I've got my eye on an LSD but no way to ship it here economically. Rick thought of finding someone who's PCSing and get them to bring it over. Great idea, but then I'd still have to get the core back. Guess it will have to wait till I head back to the states.

I'm definitely in, I just need the dates so I can put in for some leave. I'd love to have the chance to drive some of the other passes around there and if we can work it into our route I wouldn't mind driving Silvretta again!

For any of you who are on the fence about going on this trip.....you need to find a way to make it happen. This was an outstanding get together last year and it will probably be one of the highlights of your time here in Europe.

I look forward to seeing everybody again. I've been off the board for awhile so I've got to get back up to speed on the what the plans are for spring/summer events.

I came across this post on a travel website - while doing some "Stelvio research". I think it really sums up the experience we all had last year....

...The Fluelapass was as astonishingly beautiful as the Stelvio pass - it felt like being on the moon the scenery was so different from anything I've seen before. This is the route featured on Top Gear, and honestly the TV show didn't do it justice.
