I Just placed the order for a VO 1M yesterday, luckily my dealer had one coming in since the original buyer had cancelled his order, so I took his place. I will be getting the car in 2 weeks time since it has already left the facility. So, is there any way that I can get one of these beautiful collector's sketches or is it just too late.

Has anyone got a part number for the Limited Edition 1M model yet? I have asked the BMW parts department about it and so far they haven't see it.

Registering on m-power.com does not seem to allow this anymore.

Is the print still available? My 1M production number is 6XXXXX2.

I still haven't found anything other than two early auctions on ebay.de. One of those cars went to the collector at B21.

Scott mentioned a June release so I guess all we can do is wait. They tend to come out in Germany first then the rest of Europe and lastly to BMW NA.

Early May, I was searching the Internet for this miniature since I collect all BMW ///M models.I emailed BMW and they replied : Dear Mr b21models,

I was dissapointed but then I was informed it was available on ebay.de . As soon as I saw the price, I was shocked but finally I could not resist.

Since then, I have only seen one more on german ebay.I know there are some problems with the miniature industry, for example also the M3 GTS was delayed after its initial release...

The miniature itself is very well made and very detailed but it is dissapointingly lightweight.It is not diecast but resin.

Looks great on the shelf but do not keep it in your hands.

RRP is 59 euros.Let me know if you want to know anything else about BMW miniatures.
