They didn't LIE, they just didn't tell you it got sent back from customs. Although I would be pissed off as well if an available product was taking that long. Oh well, everyhting in life can't be perfect.

Exclamation

I have tried everything to make this client happy. Now I realize his intentions are purely mulishness, and has no regard for a reasonable solution at my repeated attempts. I refuse to entertain this any longer. Thanks everybody for your support, and we will continue to provide excellent service!

Here is a list of what we have received from the Original Poster.

I cannot believe a person would post something like this after getting a refund right away.

Dont worry too much about it Anthony. The overabundance of good feedback from this site (in the good/bad vendor thread particularly) with out-weigh any negative setbacks this guy can give. Clear your conscience bud, you did what you could and more cannot be asked for. We are all waiting for your exhaust and CAI!!!

After reading all this, the only possible fault I really see on the part of RR was with some customs paperwork, and that can be a hit or miss afair at times. Sometimes what's good enough one week isn't the next.

I think the OP needs to relax a little and understand that international shipping can be a PITA sometimes, and stop making such a huge deal about a vendor who has obviously made a very serious effort to make things right. The money would seem to have been promptly refunded when all else failed, and I'm not sure what more could be expected.

You hit the nail on the head. We tried a new method of shipping to get international items shipped out quicker for the same price. Three of the items shipped had the wrong forms. The post office did not catch this mistake I made, and accepted the items. As far as we knew the items were on the way. Then they showed back up to us about 4 days later. Most companies do not ship international for this very reason. It is risky, expensive, and causes a lot of customer service issues due to shipping delays. However, we have shipped countless items international with MANY satisfied clients. We will continue to provide this service, and thanks again everybody for the support!

This thread has actually back fired on the OP. Because it just consolidate RR's position as a good vendor when so many satisfied customers come to their support on this thread. I am one of those international customers who are satisfied. RR went over and above their call of duty with my car to help with RHD fitment.

Riss Racing all the way. I don't think you can find many companies that are better than this one when it comes to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their customer service has been stellar for me. I'm actually amazed at how they do it. I sometimes wonder if Anthony and Adam are human.
