Ha! I think it's by design in line with the artwork on the wall?

Saw it on display in the clubhouse of a golf club in the Hamptons. The club was built on the grounds of an old race track and there are a bunch of old track elements preserved.

its not uncommon for velocity stacks to be uneven. sometimes, you'll see some being slightly shorter than others. this is done to even out the torque curve through the rpm's.
a shorter trumpet will allow for more instantaneous air, and a longer trumpet takes a little longer for the air to travel the distance, but the air has a higher velocity.

Road engines certainly used a shared crankpin, so no. I'm not aware of Ferrari using a true boxer in racing either, but am prepares to be proven wrong.

No splitter on the front end. With that wing, that chassis has serious front-end lift at speed.
