135i midpipe on 128i - modifications needed?

Hi All,

I'm sure this has been covered, but I couldn't find an exact answer by searching.

Car is a N51 128i
I have a 135i axle-back sitting around, not on the car.
Would a factory 135i midpipe bolt up on both ends? Or does the end that connects to the 128i header/cat need to be modified?

The flanges are not directly compatible. Cutting and welding is the easiest solution.
