That's a horrible deal. I would run for the nearest exit at that dealership.

also you have to be realistic
more expensive cars will cost higher monthly payment
just as a reference point just secured an M4CS lease for a friend
115 k sticker
2 k down
no loyalty but college graduate
840 a month 12k/36 month plus tax
dealer have 9 k legacy money from factory
which is a lot of money
plus you add 13-15 % dealer discount
plus BMWFS lease support , you can get good deals

I would counter offer and ask for details

Really this is the best way to do this:

1) ask for their best lease price with $0.00 down (aside from the normal fees & 1st month payment due at signing)

2) ask for the MF

3) DO NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT MSD's or any other BMW OL coupon codes until the very end. What the dealer will end up doing is jacking up your MF, and then minus the MSD MF to the base MF. On the BMW OL coupon code, the dealer will reduce their discount % to accommodate for the OL code, in essence netting you 0 in savings. Same for downpayments, do not mention this as they will again reduce their discount and pocket this $$.

4) use Leasehackr.com calculator to derive to where the dealer has you placed, and where you want to be to negotiate.

5) if MF is at .00205 (which it likely will be), tell them you qualify for .00165 and you need this adjusted to this.

6) Tell them that the car has been sitting on the lot for a bit and you would jump at this at 17.5% discount + BMW incentives. And tell them this will get you to "X" payment.

7) if you calculate this right, you're leasehackr calculator will be at +/- $15 from the actual rates

8) when you arrive at the dealer, tell them about any other coupons your qualify for such as a $1,000 BMW driving event OL code and such. Now is also a good time to factor in your MSD's if you intend to do this. Same for an additional downpayment (I dont recommend this).

On an MSRP of 106-107K (will accomodate for an alpine white to san marino blue with executive package and carbon side mirrors), you should get to aroudn $710-720 pre-taxed if they give you their best rate.

Good Luck to you! I lucked out and found 4 dealers around me in Florida, which is notoriously a difficult state to find best lease rates, all were fair in their negotiations (took at least 2-3 back/forth). I ended up with $714.72 pre-taxed (7% in FL), $0.00 down, approx $1,750 due at signing (fees, docs, tags/title, taxs on these things), 1st month payment waived, 4 MSD's ($3,200 which will be returned at end of lease), which brought my MF to .00145 (from .00165), or almost near a $1,000 downpayment.

For reference, there wasn't as much of a discount on an M4 competition (2019MY as well), and pre-taxed payment was $765-785 on a $81-82K MSRP, so I made out a bit better than an M4. They were at different dealers than the M4cs, happy I shopped around on ventured outside of the competition package as that was my 1st goal thinking the CS was well outside of my price range.

It does help that this is my 3rd time around with leasing, my 1st lease was an IS350 years ago where I learned a good bit after. I managed to get my Jetta SE 5spd at $129.50 pre-taxed, $0.00 down (a true $0.00 down sign & drive, with everything rolled into the lease)

Hopes this helps. Was able to get (2) dealers to offer this pricing..... Just because a couple dealers were willing to do it, doesn't mean the others will follow. I was just fortunate to find another dealer to match these numbers after the original one I was dealing on sold. Ended up working out better for me because I got the same deal on a slightly more expensive car. ($107K MSRP) - or in other words, free carbon fiber mirror caps, as that was the price difference.

Do you know what the MF and residual are on this deal?

This is so strange. I swear I read trendy26 and minn19 posts a page or two back on his awesome deal. My conscious mind just entered subconscious ...

Yah sorry, there may be some overlap/repeat of info. But, since some new people are looking for deals I thought I'd update it my end of it anyway. I was also curious as to the details of others as well, which I may have missed.

Surprisingly no IMO. I never was a big fan of the HK system though either.

It's actually very decent, flat bass response (meaning it hits the lows and mid bass the same way, not mid-bass heavy thankfully), highs aren't piercing to the ears
