I didnt realize this either but you are right. Thought it was cap cost only since that is what you are truly borrowing but nope, its way more.

Do your own lease sheet and send them as an offer. They might take your offer.

Unfortunately, the lime rock grey at the msrp of 104759 was sold today they were giving me 19% off msrp before the incentives.

They still have a san marino with msrp of 115xxx which is too high for me

Luckily, I have found another dealership with san marino blue with the msrp 110xxx, they were willing to give 20% off msrp before incentives

Payment is $833 with 9% tax included for 10k at 36 months with $833 DAS with $8000 incentives including $500 bmw cca

I found out today and the new grad incentive is not applicable for cs

I might do full MSDs to get the payment just shy of $800

We will see i am scheduled to sign this saturday since i work next two left a deposit today

Does anyone have used OL code for CS? I am scheduled to attend UDE next week

I might just wait another week to get the code if its applicable for CS but ive heard its not really applicable for CS by my SA

I was looking at M5 yesterday and found out that OL code does not apply for M5 and if not mistaken all M cars

If OL codes are not applicable to M cars this must be a new exclusion. They've been accepted in the past. I would confirm this. SAs and even Sales Managers tend to be mistaken quite often.

Only two that still remain that I know if great deals:

Reeves BMW (BSM)
Winter Park BMW (AW)

they are 112-113k, but are discounted a good bit down (aim for 89-90K, your lease payments will be in the mid/upper 700's with 7% sales tax, .00165MF, and upfront fees, $0.00 down).

This is the deal I have right now. I've only negotiated over the phone / text.

Sticker on the car is $110K

Net Price $83,357.79
MF is .00145
Residual is 63%

I have a lease with 5 payments left total is $2,600

They are cutting me a check for the lease and quoting me $854 a month / first month's payment down (tax included)

24 month lease

Thoughts?

Are they rolling the $2,600 from your other car into the lease?

aim for 26-27% for the net capital cost (including incentives).

Are you also rolling in fees due at signing?

You've got a great deal then. Without the $2,600 your payment would be in the low to mid $700's, which is really good
