I did stoptech drilled and slotted on all 4 corners with their street pads. No more front rotor warping and a little more feel in the pedal. I'll probably chew through pads quicker but no more BS shudder when high speed braking

I've been looking into this myself. I've only had my 128 for a couple of years, but in all my years turning a wrench, I've never seen rotors wear this fast. To be fair, I do drive it hard, but even at that, I've never seen rotors wear like this. I HAVE to replace them, but I'm on the fence about upgrading the brakes.. It's a DD, like cbl's, but I want something that will work.. Can't seem to find JUST the Stoptech rotors for it. and I want a low/no dust brake pad.
Sorry to resurrect, what I"m sure, has been beat to death.

ECS Rotors, Cool Carbon pads

Just purchased rear ECS Slotted rotors and Cool Carbon Brake pads, putting them on this weekend, hoping for the best out of them

I think that's the route I'm going to go, too.

Update: Just ordered the Stoptech Drilled and Slotted for all 4 corners, and the Street Pads.. Looking forward to seeing and feeling the difference!

Just ordered a set of Centric High Carbon front and rear rotors with Ferodo DS2500 pads. Looking forwards to trying out these pads and finding out if they live up to the hype. The car is my daily driver and weekend warrior seeing lots of auto-x and a few lapping sessions a year.

I've always had good luck with EBC Redstuff pads. Low dust, no noise, good stopping power.
