E85 virginity

Hey guys, I want to lose my E85 virginity today. Is there anything I should prior or after adding the E85? I just bought the E85 maps from MHD and I want to do the E30 mix. I did the calculations, do these numbers seem about right? 4 gal E85 to 10 gal 92? I have about half a tank of gas right now, can I just add the 4 gallons of E85 and fill the rest with 92 or should I wait until there's only a quarter tank left? Should I add any additives or cleaners or anything?

I don't know the answer, but I'm also curious, and I'd love to know where you're getting your E85, since I also live in Portland.
