Scratches on wheel

Only had my JB 135i for a little over a week, but today I discovered multiple scratches in one area of my right front wheel. I'm wondering how they might've been caused. I've never had a car with 18" wheels and I know there's a higher risk of damage with larger wheels.

Can anyone clue me in as to what I may have done so I can try to avoid more?

Thanks.

I have a few on mine too, mostly near the valvestem on one wheel...my thought is that maybe they came scratched from the factory and despite the fact that I wipe my wheels (and car) down every night, brake dust has filled the scratch so that they are now visable...not very noticeable to anyone but me but they do bug me some...
