I'd love to see a picture of this car next to a 1M to compare the front fenders.

Yes, the hood was a VRS CF unit, my mistake. . .

What width / offset would the rims need to be for this? Just curious.

Hey man I've been in touch with ER about getting this kit. In your honest opinion would you recommend this kit? From the photos it looks to be a very well made kit.

ER stopped making the kit a while back. I am not sure if they are re-producing it.

While I like the look of the kit and the finished product, I would not buy it again. It makes so much more sense to do a 1m front end conversion or even the n5tuner fenders( front - their rear looks off to me).

I should also note, while Sonic MS have changed ownership and are likely much better now, I ended up never going to their shop again after a few terrible service experiences following my initial few positive visits.

Thanks for the response, I've talked to ER they still make the kit but they are made to order now. I personally don't want to go the 1m route as I really love the look of the stock 135i looke stretched. Tuner fenders are only 15mm wider not enough for me. Thanks for the help.

15mm is pretty good. You really only need a 9.5 w/ a 265 in the front. Anything too wide and you will rub like hell on lock.

I do like the look of the widened M sport over the narrow body looking 1m rep front cars.

The ER kit also did not fit well at all. It took a lot of work to get it to fit and I had to adjust it after Sonic MS did but there were just places it wouldn't line up.
