B12
I've got the Bilstein/Eibach B12 setup (MSS 225/255) and I needed a 5 mm spacer up front to clear the strut. The rears are fine.

Someone will have to chime in regarding the front coilovers. Some coilovers have the perch right where the tire sits and greatly reduce front tire allowance.
I would recommend looking at 245/35/18 for the front. They are the proper diameter to fit the front, the 235/40 are much taller and can rub. I run the 245 with the same wheel specs with nothing but Dinan fixed front plates. |

Xer, that should be a nice setup. How low do you plan to set your coilovers?
I'm around an inch lowered. I'd shoot for 2deg camber on each side front and rear. For me to do this I had to pull the pins. I also had to pull them and mess around with it to get the front camber even. And I had to do this before the alignment, it's hard to find an alignment shop that will mess with pen pulling. I also try to get them to use 1M toe stats, but they typically won't, so just try to get them to shoot for the least amount of toe to still be within factory tolerances. Camber and toe do not go well together if you want decent tire life. The alignment dudes just want to put "everything in the green" on their machines. But once lowered and cambered that reading won't be stock anyways. They understand that but still often do not like to listen. I think you'll likely very slightly rub the front strut without a spacer, but you really won't know until installed. Also no telling on the front fender, especially when compressed and turning. In the rear you might rub the inner fender liner when carrying passengers, etc. Most just cut the liner out. Good luck.
