Autocross in Germany?
Is SCCA-style autocross (timed racing through cones in a parking lot) a thing here? Or something similar? I'd like to get into something like this. When I google it I just see the buggies that race on motocross tracks, which looks pretty awesome too.

I personally have not seen autocrosses here since I've been here (2005) but have heard of them. Most just go to the Nordschleife for tracking

I may try Hockenheimring; it's only about an hour away. I went up to see the Ferarri day last spring and it was really cool. My only time on a real race track was in a '96 Neon during a 24 hours of lemons race.
