Alpine White and Coral Red. Best color combo for the 1er IMO.

Here ya go!-

Pics cause at work and it's convenient. Not to mention we can't attach xlsx files....

First should be a list of parts included in the ECS kit, the orange highlights are the bits not used. Coulda saved ~$45.00.....
Next is pic of parts included in the install kit
Third is my full install parts list, including the ECS install kit, the dampers & springs I chose and Dinan camber plates, as well as all the other bits needed for a /full/ refresh.

A few notes:
1- Used ECS for so much just for convienence- be sure to shop around for best deals!
2- Yes, that's 4 strut carrier gaskets- with the camber plates you need two each- one over & one under, rather than just two needed without the camber plates.
3- I had to cut the bump stops down by ~50%. Regardless of what components get installed, be sure to check them before calling the job complete.

313s best looking wheels for the 1 series in my opinion. Can see red calipers on the AW/Red.

thanks for all the compliments and i have thought about painting the calipers a different color in the past. i think red could look quite cool. however, im a pretty low-key kinda guy and im pretty happy with the OEM greyish color.

i think the brakes (regardless of color) still stand out quite a bit since they're quite large! the 313 wheels also help the brakes 'pop' out.

Me too. I've been meaning to ask around. Have any 18" 313 users had issues with cracking around here? It's apparently quite a problem with the 19" version.

Have had mine since 2011. Still pretty much perfect. And no cracking.

Don't know if you can buy them new anymore. Was looking around yesterday and a couple of places showed the rears were NLA.

Are you 3D printing a new intake? Will those intake runners just be open trumpets or will you have a filter on the end of it? Like to know your concept, looks interesting so far...

size and measurements are similar to the factory style 261. don't have the exact measurements but i'm sure you can google them.

i use 225/40/18 tires on the front and 255/35/18 tires on the rear. for tires, i am using Michelin Pilot Sport 4S all around.
I have the 18" BMW Performance 313s as well and personally think they're the nicest looking wheels for the 1 series.

They look great on your AW 1er!

olds350, here are the sizes, offsets, and part numbers:

Front - 18x7.5 ET49 P/N 36-11-6-787-645

Rear - 18x8.5 ET52 P/N 36-11-6-787-646

Edit: just checked a couple of sites and it appears that the rears are NLA. Probably will be the same for the fronts soon as well. This seems to be the same story for some other BMW Performance parts for the 1 series.

The "M" version of these wheels (313M for the 135is) might still be available. Sorry, don't know those part numbers. Shouldn't be hard to find if you're interested or maybe someone who knows will chime in.
What's the difference with the 313m?

That's pretty much the idea. I'll probably have a base adapter printed off (it's a big piece), then order some silicone coupling and spun aluminum trumpets to mount up. I need to print the base's outline out on paper and fit it to the cylinder head to check for fitment before making an actual piece. My current idea is to convert to the euro 330i IAT, and delete the throttle body. I might do S54 ITB's, but they aren't going to be useful for performance, just as a failsafe in case Valvetronic fails. Vacuum stuff is the next problem to think through...

One say "BMW Performance" on them and the other have a small M badge on them. I remember reading where someone said there was a small weight difference with the 313Ms being slightly lighter. Don't know if that's actually true. That's it, as far as I know.

There are actually four different sets of Style 313M double spoke wheels. The smallest versions; 18x7.5" ET49 and 18x8.5" ET52 are for the 1 Series. These are identical to the sizes and offsets of the stock sport package style 264 wheels and the M Sport stock style 261M's.

For the E9X platform, there is both an 18" set and a 19" set, both of which are staggered with different offsets. Finally, there is also a 19" set for the E89 Z4. The larger 19" 313M wheels seem to be the ones stamped with "BMW Performance."

In comparison with the stock style 261M, the front 313M wheels are lighter, while the rears are slightly heavier. So overall they're nearly identical and the difference is negligible.

I was actually comparing the BMW Performance 313s to the 135is 313Ms. That was the question posed to me.

In that case, the 18" set for the 135i is the lightest of the four. The 18" and 19" versions for the E9X and E89 Z4 weigh upwards of 12 and 13kg.

Uh, what? People swap wheels between different BMW platforms regularly. There are more than a few members here running 17" Style 68M double-spoke wheels from the the E46, because they're lightweight and can clear the large Brembo brake calipers.

Sure, but E90 rims don't fit the E82. That's why.

So what? The Style 313 wheels in question were made in a variety of different sizes and offsets. I fail to see how it's pointless to compare them. This forum and many others like it regularly contain threads in which people ask if a certain size and offset will fit their vehicle. If more people spent time going over the numbers, individuals would have a better understanding of how wheel sizing works and they might be able to figure out what fits on their cars without asking the same questions over and over.

Not to mention, there are a myriad of different sizes and designs from other manufacturers that can be fitted to cars you'd never expect. Corvette salad shooters on a VW or BMW E30, for example. Hell, Mahle-BBS made similar styles and sizes of wheels for Porsche, BMW and Mercedes in the past.
