The issue is that I had to ask rather then Brian proactively sending me the info as well as charging the CC before sending the items.

I already bought other stuff from them and i was encouraging them to feature more ///M gear as its normally a bit pricy.

Can anyone post a picture of the logo embroidery on your mats?

Got mine yesterday. They look good but the quality isn't as nice as the standard BMW mats that came with my car. They aren't as plush and the driver's side mat doesn't go as far up under the pedals. I'm just happy though that the ///M logo looks decent. I know there have been quality issues with the stitching on them for others. All in all, I'm happy and it was a good deal for $80.

Here you go. They look about the same quality (ok) as the original set I got when the car was purchased.

I received a shipping notice for my order from "Max Motorsports". Then a day later I received a UPS notice that it was canceled. No email explanation. I have posted a query to Partslane.com, and after 3 days have heard no reply.

My order never made it past "Order Processed." They never responded to emails, nor to their "online chat" program. The one thing they DID respond to was my threat to call the fraud department at Amex. I got an email saying they were crediting my card back less than 24 hours after that. Again, they kept my money free for over a month.

I will never using this company again. Great at taking money, piss-poor at delivering goods.

Mine hasn't gotten past "Order Processed" either. I think it's time I go your route and try to get my money back.

Wish I had seen your warning prior to placing my order. Two and half weeks since order was placed, been at "Order Processed" for two weeks. Absolutely no response to email or online request, and "online chat" is perpetually offline.

Does anyone have an email to a specific employee? I see many references to "Brian" in this thread, but no email address.

Mine arrived two weeks ago but the delivered status was never updated on their site. BTW, the mats look great.

Seems they have some pretty serious problems.

Finally reached them via the phone number listed on my statement (for vfish designs, a related women's apparel business). Tracking numbers were eventually provided, but no products have shipped (FedEx status stuck on 'Initiated' for a week, AKA - a label was printed). The site no longer shows ANY BMW products, BMWNA customer service rep claims they have no relationship with Partslane, and now Partslane Twitter and Facebook accounts are gone. Fantastic!

TLDR - buyer beware

I just ordered mats from them, haven't got them yet. It's been a little over a week.
