Stupid rats!!

Found out that rats had my ignition harness for lunch. Any ideas if I can find just that part? My part guys tells me I have to replace it all at the time of $400.

Was it in your garage? Might be able to claim it on your homeowners insurance.

Also, if it did happen in the garage, I'd rodent-proof it so it doesn't happen again. Should do that anyway. Pesky little varmints. lol

A coworker had his 135 totaled as a result of mice eating his wiring.
So it could be worse!

Would never be covered by Homeowners insurance. That excludes cars.

But IS covered by your auto insurance comprehensive.

27 years in the industry....

Most homeowner's insurance has an exclusion for damage caused by "vermin." Don't ask me how I know that.
