Get some Leatherique and just use water for normal maintenance.

Use windex and a microfiber cloth to clean it. Then use 303 or Ice...or just a slightly wet rag with water.....

I would not use Windex on leather or leatherette. If you want a matte finish check out the Einszett 1Z Cockpit Premium. It's a cleaner and protectant in one that seriously leaves no oily or greasy finish behind.

You can buy an all purpose cleaner meant for cars and dilute it for the recommended strength for leather.

Aerospace 303 protectant is good and doesn't give me a high gloss, but I'd have to check to see if it's ok for leather. I would have thought a leather conditioner would act as a protectant of sorts?

einszett cockpit would be great, if its greasy you can probably use einszett deep cleaner first to get it all cleaned up.

303 will provide protection from UV radiation, and is suitable for finished leather; but note it only contains a very mild cleaner. For protection from dirt and stains you’d be better off with a specific finished leather protection product.

As has already been suggested Iz einszett deep cleaner and cockpit premium would be a suitable combination as it contains UV protection
