135i Prepurchase Inspections - Brisbane
Hey guys, new member who (hopefully) will be a fellow 1 series owner very soon. This forum has been awesome for finding out info
Is there anyone in Brisbane or QLD who can recommend a BMW specialist or someone reliable/knowledgable for a prepurchase inspection on a N54/N55 135i? Sorry if this has been mentioned before but I couldn't find any previous posts for the Brisbane area. I missed out on a couple of seemingly great opportunities this year, but realised I hadn't done my homework in arranging a PPI... Any other tips/things to look out for apart from the usual when buying? Cheers guys |

Duck101 has he’s Own shop.
Ask when it had it inlet valves cleaned Check for any signs of oil leaks. In the engine bay see if the screws near the air vents and cowl look new or have been used a lot. This is how you could tell that it has been modified then taken back to stock. See if injectors or hpfp has been fixed in log book. Ask for vin number and do a check at bmw what has been done service wise |
