Aftermarket exhausts: where to put vacuum tube?

I was wondering, if you get an aftermarket exhaust system what do you do with the exhaust vacuum valve tube?
Do you just pull the end of the tube out of the valve and tie it off? Will any codes be thrown?

Thanks.

Plug it and tie it in a knot. No codes thrown!

That sensor does not feedback to the ECU. Just yank and plug with a bolt or screw. Tidy it up with a few zip ties.
