I think it will fit. As far as sticking out they'll be pretty much where my wheels were until I did the rear brake hub mod. They'll fit, you'll just have to be careful what brand of tires you get. You might rub front or rear when the suspension compresses. Mine was mainly an issue in the rear when i'd hit a suspension compression at speed like a highway bridge. Toyo, Falken, etc tires run small and rounded. Michelins kinda tend to stick out.
