Power Green Metallic 1-series coupe spotted
Not sure I could ever drive such a color, but always cool to see interesting factory colors.
Power Green Metallic 120i spotted at Leipzig. Looks like a special order color. http://www.bmwblog.com/2010/04/09/po...mw-120i-coupe/ |

"Power Green" on a car with a weak 4 cynlinder engine.
How about "Pathetic Green"?

If that had a slightly darker hue and make it Pearlescent, I think I would really like it

That is gonna have a tough resale value.
A small used car dealership down the road has had a green MB CLK forever, while other MBs and BMWs go real fast.

Honestly, I love it. Green cars are my favorite. Just wish they offered Tahiti green here in the US.

Ha, I think it's pretty cool - maybe a little hard to pull off, but definitely unique.

I would not speek so about the 120i. It is one of the most powerful NA 4 you can actually find on the market (new). The most powerful are the Renault Clio RS and Honda Civic Type-R. All other 4 cylinders, VAG and Mercedes,..... are FI. The 120i is not a sport model, but if it was, it would be better than your 135i. Your 135i weighs 1560 kg, the 120i weighs 1375 kg. Your 135i does not like HR, the 120i does like. The 120i has better throttle response than your 135i. The M3 E30 also had 4 cylinders. The 320si WTCC has the same engine but as the 120i, but in race version and it makes 275 HP and revs up to 8.500 rpm. Not at all saying the 135i is bad, it is a very good car for daily drive and straight line power, even not that bad curves and track, but for curves and track there are better, and I hope this for what there is going to be tha M1.

I would so buy that, go into the dealer after it has sat for a bit and steal it from the stealership! After which I would drive it till I hated it, which wouldn't take long. Then I would procede to get it wrapped in matte black with the money I saved at the dealer!

Looks like the same green the VW Beetles come in. I dont like it. I see it and all I think about is "Hulk Smash!".
It is different though, but shouldn't be on a BMW. |

I honestly can say I've never seen a BMW I didn't like. I've been skeptical at first with some of the Bangle designs, but they've always grown on me. I'd rather drive a Bimmer than anything else. This color has more track potential than street. Think racing decals, lowered suspension, tint, etc.....

I wonder what the story is with this car anyway? On the German BMW site this color isn't listed, so it must be an Individual order or something...
