yup! direct plug and play, remove stock housing, disconnect, plug in LED housings then reinstall housing and your done! should take 3 min TOPS for both sides

Do these go where your feet are? If so I don't my 128i has light. Atleast I think they don't. Any idea?

yeah they go where your feet go, i believe they didn't come with every car. so if you don't have them then there's no way to run these, sorry man.
