Is this a good deal.

I am a first time buyer. I have been doing lots of research. I will be buying a 128 convertible

Alpine White with Black Leatherette
with these options:
Auto
Heated front seats
Ipod

The best offer I could get so far was 33,715 + lic and reg
I don't know if I'm getting a good deal. What do you guys think?
