keep getting some battery warnings and some systems are off the i miss, like welcome lights, follow me home etc.

i am going to change to a 95AH varta battery that its AGM, and code it with icarly

my only doubt is if my factory battery is AGM or not

Interesting, i thought it said so specifically. Also pretty sure they all were from the factory, thus...

Either way, as I recall, it doesn't matter what you have now, just to code to what you put in. Is there a reason you need to know? Maybe I forgot.

Well it says "Sealed battery-Do not open" That usually means AGM battery. And therefore, you should not have a vent hose hooked up to the battery.

OK in your top pic we can see most of BMW part number, 61 21 6 924. If the last 3 numbers are 023, you definitely have a BMW AGM battery. Google that part number.
