Creating this dedicated thread re the meet & greet of a couple of 1Ms in Belgium:

date: Sunday July 14, 2013 @ 1pm (local time)
location: Antwerp
meeting point: Rijnkaai in Antwerp - "Hangar 27" parking (riverside - wooden parking building near "MAS"):

Parking safety during lunchtime: forum fellow Momenol gracefully accepted to stay with the parked cars as safeguard during the lunch pre-meet, thus keeping those babies safe from harm and hazard (+ send out warnings if need be).

See you at 12. As I only have seen RUF in person, it is maybe easier to meet at the parking at rijnkaai? It is not that far from the Burgerij

Besides, burning some carbs after that burger is not such a bad thing :-)

Great. That's many even for a non-reservation place. So I think it's safer if I book us a table for ~14, so we don't end up hungry.

Hi. You can only make reservations for dinners after 17u at the burgerij.

Noticed that too. And they open at noon. Summer season, so might be busy to grab a free seating spot. Maybe inquire to ascertain that definitely no reservation is possible at noon.

OK, so here's the deal.

Arrive shortly before noon and park your car under, or next to, "Hangar 27" (enough space !).

Forum fellow Momenol (Jens) will await your arrival and help you guiding/grouping the 1Ms together. Subsequently walk to the "Burgerij" restaurant (it's nearby - look for the ship that's permanently moored as reference point | Sint-Laureiskaai 8 - 2000 Antwerp).

Jens will stay with the babies throughout the ///Mburger lunch (and benefit from that time to shoot pictures). If he notices the approach of a street gang with baseball bats, he will call us...

So he might tell you: "Relax, I'm a professional"...

Just realised that i have a 24hour bachelor party on saturday 13'. Never the less i'll try to make it but i cannot promise anything. It will be a heavy one, that's for sure ;-)
