No just eBay, and it shipped from Cali. Also throwing it out there that I got a recall notice too. Does this bad pvc heater part cause a driveability issue? Or just sets fire to the car?

Edit: my fronts are already 225s and near 80% so I'll probably matchup a full set once I burn off the rears.. won't be long. Working on a price for the Wavetrac still but they (Wavetrac) did indicate it's gonna be AWHILE. |

I will be looking into an LSD for a winter '22 project (heads off to find a bolted ring-gear differential). |

That being said, I'm a bit nervous cause I've done the 3IM swap. Anyone have any experience with having previous PCV heater recalls repaired w/ the 3IM installed? Hoping they won't notice, and if they do I'll have a leg to stand on given that it's a genuine BMW part even thought its not stock. |

I am guessing that, no matter what, they are directed to replace the part and they will. It's not related to anything else, and they will get paid for doing it so they are quite happy to. It does suck you guys have to go in. There's always a chance of something else happening accidentally. |

Does suck that it has to be done, but if anything it'll be incredibly relieving if the issue does turn out to be PCV heater related (which I'm almost certain it is). I've been thinking that this issue was caused by me botching my VCG job (which I did the same weekend as the 3IM install), and I've been dreading the thought of having to redo the whole thing. Having the issue resolved at no cost to me would be fantastic, and a shot at a loaner being a bonus. I've yet to drive a G (or F) series, so I'm curious as to how they compare to our cars. |

Had my #6 cylinder ignition coil fail and I forgot I already sold my spare to a friend
so I found it a good opportunity to buy the new fancy Eldor coils and see what the hubbub is about. |

I changed the valve cover. It was what everyone said: 6 hours, not hard and kind of annoying. All of the leaning over the engine bay did a number on my back.
