BMW Dealers for South Florida

Quick Note: Braman great, Lauderdale BMW not.

I will try to add to this thread with my various experiences when I can. Super swamped at work. But, the short of it is this.

5 of us in my immediate family. 4 of us have BMW, 1 has a Mini (which is of course BMW now). Two originally dealt with Lauderdale BMW for years, "thought" they were getting decent service. Not so. After totalling my mother's car, fighting the lemon process on my brother's car, after having the family lawyer having to intervene on a FEW instances (not just one or two), after shoddy treatment, long waits, and staff who are not familiar with the cars, we have learned to stay away. If you are forced to go there, use Robert Trammell or Eric Rosenberg, they are the only decent guys.

Lauderdale Sales staff, they are ok, basically nice, but they have a very rich clientele and they don't need to deal because they limit their supply and it sells quick, so they basically don't care. Don't expect deals.

Braman BMW, great experience. Sales staff is awesome, 3 of us have new cars from them (2 BMW, 1 Mini), all good experiences, no issues. They have the better selection, MORE cars to select from, and even the sales managers are cool and do what they can to get you in the car on your terms. For the BMW Sales guy, use Jesus Diaz. Also, they have a referral fee. If you are going there on a serious sale, then PM me, I will meet you there, and I will split the referral fee with you.

As for Braman Service, only one of us has had to get service recently, and the experience was very good. As more experiences come, I will add.

I will add more to this in time.

Braman service is poor.
Twice I have taken in our MCS for a door lock issue.
Twice they said they fixed it.
Twice it was not fixed.

All dealerships in South Florida are terrible at any type of service.
