Hi fred,
I would like to run the Front: 19x8.5 235/35/19 & Rear: 19x10 265/30/19 if i have normal bodykit but for widebody kit I will go for 19x10 265/30/19 allround, how will it fit or can I keep using the front at 8.5" and adding a spacer to it becuase seam like the gape is not small. Thanks. |

If offset was not an issue (made to order wheels like Forgeline) 19x10's all around wouldn't be a problem. To run 10" wide wheels in the rear, your offset needs to be spot on about +56 to +62. The fronts are easy. There's enough space that the offset does not need to be spot on. We run a +24 in the front. We run about -3 degree camber so gives us some more space.
If offset is an issue (for example getting BBS wheels or something) I would use whatever rim size in the rear I can get in. If you can fit, 9.5" rims in the rear, I would run a 9.5" in the front as well as the widebody would give you room. The fronts won't be a problem. Finding off the shelf rims with offsets in the +30 range is easy. That is close enough that if it's not quite there, you can add a spacer. The rears are a different problem. You need to be close to +60 for a 10" wheel which is rare for off the shelf rims as they tend to be in the +45 range max. Do you have a specific rim you want to use? I can help you with the offsets available and tell you what's the max size you can go in the rear with the available offsets. Quote:

I'm still thinking which band & size to go with.DPE or HRE. http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=264375 For the lowering spring I should go with H&R OE Sport or Sport. |

Oh, you have nothing to worry about then. Both DPE and HRE are made to order wheels so they can make it in any offset you request. I can help you with the offsets if you like.

At the moment no. The Tii front bumper doesn't seem too popular. If there is a demand for it, we'll do it. R&D is costly and time consuming so not feasible to make too many front bumper versions.

That's kind of bad news for me, becuase I thought if you have good fitment at the side which had incread that would be mroe easy to change it to tii front with lower cost.
Anyways, can you tell me the weight different between the stoke, Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber Wet & Dry. |

Yes, the front end wide body kit is ready for sale. We have fiberglass in stock. Carbon fiber (wet and dry) are special order at the moment. Takes about 2 weeks to get it ready for shipment for the carbon fiber stuff. In the future, we will have everything in stock. We've just been swamped lately.
Yes, you can buy the parts separately. I think ideally, you would want the side skirts and the fenders and have your guy modify your Performance Front Bumper. Our side skirts are Performance BMW side skirts (Tii) and they match up to the fenders. I will PM you right now. Quote:

Just received an email from Fred this evening with additional info on my kit. He's prepping it for shipping to me and I just can't wait! Fred said that the fitment is factory perfect and he is extremely happy with it. But here is the best part, and I will qoute him.
"So I finally weighted everything today as well. The dry carbon stuff is super light and I finally realized how light. Here are the numbers: OEM Bumper: 17 lbs (7.7kg) OEM Fenders: 8.5 lbs each (3.9kg) for 15 lbs total or 7.8kg OEM Side Skirt: 7 lbs each (3.2kg) for 14 lbs total or 6.4kg Total: 48 lbs or 22kg Wet CF Bumper: 14 lbs (6.4kg) Wet CF Fenders: 4 lbs each (1.8kg) for 8 lbs total or 3.8kg Wet CF Side Skirt: 5 lbs each (2.3kg) for 10 lbs total or 4.6kg Total: 32 lbs or 14.5kg Dry CF Bumper: 7 lbs (3.2kg) Dry CF Fenders: 2 lbs each (0.9kg) for 4 lbs total or 1.8kg Dry CF Side Skirt: 3 lbs each (1.4kg) for 5 lbs total or 2.8kg Total: 17 lbs or 7.7kg From OEM prototype to Dry CF is 31 lbs lighter or 14kg" Excited yet guys and girls? Lol. I am! |

Bringing this back from the dead since it looked so promising. Have any other pieces been added, or is it pretty much just the front bumper still?
*EDIT* Nevermind, found it myself. Looks better since the sideskirt now flares out. Still like to see something around the rear wheels though. Maybe it's just me? I like the fact they made this direct bolt on. Any pics, WAY?

ER does not produce this kit anymore. If I wanted a wide body M sport I would try to get one of the old Motorsport24 kits or go custom . But OEM 1m is the cheapest and will always fit the best. |
