I'm in desperate need of repair shop in AZ

I posted two weeks ago. Still in need of some Help fam.

As mentioned previously, I have a serp belt in main seal issue on my 135i

Dealership wanted upwards of $8000 to fix car

Any suggestions?

I'm even willing to spend money to ship car.

Want to upgrade turbos too. Possibly single.

Should I do this at the same time as fixing belt issue?

What are they looking to do for 4K? That is a lot for that repair from the dealer unless there is damage to other components besides the front seal.... r/r oil pan should be in the range of 6-10 hours (so 2k max) and the front seal maybe 5 on the high end? So $850? I do t see how that can add up to 4100 unless some other parts were damaged
