unbelivable smell...

I drive my 135 a few times a months and its parked in my garage... last time I went to drive it, it smelled like there was a dead mouse or something, somewhere.

I have searched everywhere I could think of and its driving me crazy... I have even bought some defunkifier from amazon I will try next as well as one of those smell electrical devices (forget what they are called).

Short of dissembling the entire car is there anywhere specific you think a mouse could have come in??

Has anyone ever had anything like this happen? Its driving me nuts, I have been trying to air it out for over a month...

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried changing the cabin air filter?

I think person above means cabin filter.

Here's what I would do.
Buy a 3 or 4 foot length of clear vinyl tubing, about 1/4 or 3/8 inch diameter
Put 1 end up your nostril, block other nostril with kleenex
Start at front of engine, moving free end all around for a strong smell
Take cover off cabin filter and smell in there
Inside car moving free end all around under the dash
Check inside both exhaust pipes

This should give you a start.

Yep that's it. Just need one torx bit driver, a new filter, and about 20 minutes.
