MMR baffle pan

So, I went down a rabbit hole trying to find something better than the VAC motorsports product and houtan linked this:

Problem is, it only fits F series and the oil pans are different. Here is a post illustrating the challenge of matching them up that grew out of my blown turbo thread:

Looks like an awesome oil pan baffle and I really like that they made it bolt in. I agree with your assessment that you'll probably need to remove some material to get it to fit correctly with the E82 style pan.

I've been looking for a while now but never actually found pictures of what Bimmerworld's E8x/E9x race oil pan looks like on the interior side. They definitely reshaped the pan itself but they also claim to have designed a different pick-up tube. Not especially relevant to this thread but there are so few oil pan baffle options for these cars that it would be nice to see what's been done.

After talking with MMR, it really needs to fit snugly, and unfortunately, I think it will be beyond my capability to get it precise enough. So I am going with the VAC solution.
