Interesting design. If someday there would be interest for a European (or even Belgian) group order, please inform.

X2 on the brake cooling version. Sweet and subtle design but with lowered ride height it wouldn't last long. Thanks for the R&D with the 1M HP!

Yummy, I want to see the rear portion and some aero dynamics data... Improving either the drag or aero numbers. if not, it would just be another cosmetic improvement with no substance. Slek please post some numbers... Thank you

I responded a little to overenthousiastic untill i saw the pricetag afterwards.

For two reasons I kind of hesitate despite the fine craftsmanship, one: our high and nasty speedbumps (but Harold's car is lowered and mine isn't ...yet) and second: what will be the shippingcost and how will it be pakked? The reason is that we once ordered a oem cf underlip for our e60 and guess what, yup broken on delivery! So if this would happen with this one then the US of A suddenly becomes a very very far place to be dealing with. So for the moment... i'll wait and see

True that ground clearance is less (extension to the front bumper) and reduces the available angle to drive uphill on steep surfaces (speed bumps, sidewalks and underground parking lots).

Without and with splitter:

Also beware of high sidewalks and of cars with towing-hooks parked in front of you (the driver might be less careful than you and does not realize something's sticking out of your car when he uses his rear view mirror when maneuvering backwards).

@HP Autowerks: please inform on:
1. the ground clearance (lowest point) of the front bumper (1M with OEM ride height) with and without the Slek splitter;
2. the size (how far is it sticking out of the front bumper at maximum?).

IIRC, HPA posted (unsure whether on this thread on another) that the splitter reduces ground clearance by 3/4" and extends forward by an additional 2".

SleK 1M Complete Cosmetic Package > HP Autowerks <

Edit: This is SleK's development car. Our parts will be painted and we should have them shortly.

It’s what you have all been waiting for, the follow up to the popular SleK 1M and 135i front lips. SleK has been working hard over the past couple months developing a new innovative CSL inspired trunk as well as a hood, side diffusers and rear diffuser. SleK has brought a product line for the 1 Series that is both aggressive and classy. The fit and finish is just like OEM components, guaranteeing a hassle free installation on your vehicle

You have already been given a taste of the SleK trunk on a black 135i, but how about on a 1M? The aggressiveness of the trunk flows flawlessly with the exaggerated factory rear quarter panels. The OEM trunk weighs 33lbs. The single sided carbon fiber trunk weighs 13lbs with the double sided carbon fiber option weighing only 9.5lbs.

The hood is another part of the 1M that is shared with the 135i that BMW neglected to address. You can argue that the stock hood is just fine and for all functional purposes it is. But SleK has once again added some M inspired touches. The SleK hood features a power dome as well as more aggressive hood lines. The result is a great looking hood that adds a more menacing front end look with less weight. The OEM hood weighs 44lbs, the single sided carbon fiber hood weighs 19.5lbs and double sided carbon options weighs roughly 14lbs.

If you are looking for extra down force for your 1M, look no further than SleK’s side diffusers. They install easily using double sided tape and extended clips. If you are already running or plan to run the rear diffuser and front lip it also adds a nice flow of carbon fiber along the bottom of the 1M.

Want a rear diffuser to rival the aggressive bark of the 1M exhaust it surrounds? SLeK has delivered a diffuser that does just that. It is a direct fitment piece that installs only using a few new clips.

SleK also has rear side diffusers available.

AAA for effort! The look still has to grow on me.

Would install trunk (integrated spoiler is a little big though) and hood for the weight savings, but probably painted or wrapped AW.

IMO: Lip and rear diffuser are best looking so far. Side skirts/diffusers lack just a little organic fit with the car.

Thx for posting/offering!!

Can you pls. post a link that shows pricing and 360 walk around video? I'd bet pics don't do it justice.

Looks great! I think the 1M definitely needs more aggressive parts to really stand out. The hood is great, but could use the vents that everyone loves. The front lip is a great piece for any light mod coupled with the CF diffuser piece accentuates the car a ton. The side skirts are a step in the right direction... but I think that they should be somehow bolted underneath the side skirts rather than on the sides of them

Are these parts going into production?
