HELP!changing oem runflat to 20'' aftermarket wheels
Hi! My name is christopher and i'm from the philippines. I Just paid my wheels in the U.S. . The wheels will be arriving in 1-3 weeks. I have already seen lots of e90s with 20'' wheels in the internet including hartge, hamann, lumma-tuining, breyton and lots more! I talk to the dealers and they said that they haven't fitted any e90s with 20's and they do not know what to change or something in the computer so that the tire pressure monitoring system will not damage my car. My main Concerns are the following:
1) How to change oem runflat wheels to 20'' aftermarket wheels? 2) Will something lights up in the tire pressure monitoring system or any message in the car if i change my wheels? 3) Will it damage my car or any electronics in it? 4) Will a normal tire like continental fits the car even if it's not tire pressure monitoring ready? 5) Some says that if you change your wheels to a bigger aftermarket wheels you should reset the computer? Is it true? If it's true? How can i do it? Thank you very much! |
