dct transplant
Hey all
I've got an 08 135i auto and I want to make it a dct this should IN THEORY be easy as the engine supports dct natively (335i has n54 ) and the n55 135i have dct in the same e82 chassis any tips on where to start, just want the faster shifting and launch control |

The 335i dct swap threads would be the most appropriate place to start.
Other forums have lots of good info Good luck mate !

Talk to Tom at Brintech. He's your man for the wiring and coding required.
You cant just stuff a DCT behind an 8-bolt crank as they all go behind a 6-bolt. But MFactory have a flywheel that'll let you do it. Here is a thread on another forum; https://bmw.***********.com/threads/...d-8-bolt.3724/
