LED Taillights E81 2010 HELP!

Hi,

This is my first post, so hope this is the right place to post this.

I recently bought some new BMW Taillights, more specifically:
(The ones on the left obviously).

They fit nice and look good, but I ran into an issue maybe you guys can help me with? as I don't see any information on the site I bought them from.
When I put them on and connected the cable adapter to the taillights they won't light up. If I press the brakes they light up and seem to work. I'm thinking maybe I have to switch some of the wires in the plug in a different order? My BMW comes with standard halogen headlights, which I have switched to Angel Eyes a while back.

I didnt see any post regarding these taillights so I decided to make a new post. Any help would be appreciated
