Hey guys, my 135i does not have ridges on the door handles. Clearly meaning I don't have comfort access, correct? How come my key has a battery door though, doesn't only comfort access keys contain a key fob where you can replace the battery?

It's a 2008 135i.

Is there something wrong with my cars comfort access, or do I just not have it? Kind of confusing when people said that only comfort access key fobs have a battery that is replaceable through the door.

Your assumptions are correct but have you run a VIN check to see how the car was built?

Here's a VIN decoder, if you need one, to check your car's options:

And here's a pic of a key fob with, and one without Comfort Access. Yours looks like the one with.

Here's another pic with the CA key fob opened and the key removed:

strangely enough there was no S322A in there. Meaning I don't have comfort access I guess. Just confused with this key fob lol. Maybe it was replaced by a previous owner.
